We are seeking a highly experienced and professionally registered Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and management of major civil infrastructure projects.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ post-graduation experience
- Rural Roads Design
- Alignments, Pavement design, Surfacing
- Materials prospecting and interpretation
- Urban Roads Design
- Alignments, Pavement design, Surfacing
- Materials prospecting and interpretation
- Earthworks
- Platform layouts, Variable levels, Layer works
- Stormwater
- Hydrology and hydraulic design (channels and networks)
- Flood line analysis (advantageous)
- Project Management
- Served as Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer and/or Periodic Site Supervisor
- Experience in water and sewer reticulation design will be an added advantage
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Pr. Eng registration with ECN/ECSA

- B. Sc / B. Eng in Civil Engineering with Pr. Eng registration with ECN/ECSA
- B. Tech in Civil Engineering with Inc. Eng registration with ECN/ECSA
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ post-graduation experience
- Proven experience in:
- Design, contract administration, and supervision of bituminous roads
- Must be willing to be based full-time on site in the Oshikoto Region
Technical Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of:
- International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC Conditions of Contract)
- Committee of Land Transport Officials (COLTO Standard Specifications)
- Microsoft Office (2010 or similar)
