What You'll Do
- Assist with detailed engineering designs, calculations, and technical analyses
- Prepare designs, specifications, drawings, and technical reports
- Support tender documentation, cost estimates, and report preparation
- Assist with site visits, inspections, and contract supervision
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and Clients
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements
What You Need
- B.Sc. / B. Eng or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years' experience in building services
- Valid Driver's License
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Revit MEP
- Microsoft Project (advantageous)

Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage detailed engineering designs, calculations, and analyses from concept to completion
- Prepare, review, and approve designs, specifications, drawings, and technical reports
- Draft and review tender documentation, bills of quantities, and contract documents
- Oversee and supervise mechanical contract installations on site
- Conduct site visits, liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with codes, standards, and statutory requirements
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development
What You Need
- B.Sc. / B. Eng or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Registered with ECSA/ECN
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in building services
- Valid Driver's License
