This is an exciting opportunity to:

• Manage engineering and construction projects from inception to close-out
• This role focuses primarily on project management; the candidate must be fully proficient in reading and interpreting engineering plans and technical specifications
• The candidate should have the experience to make prompt and effective small construction design adjustments on site by issuing site instructions. This requires hands-on experience in design and supervision of the construction activities within the building industry
• Lead planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Drive high-quality outcomes on infrastructure projects
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with engineering standards
• Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control
• Effectively manage project administrative functions such as preparing reports, progress updates, and attend project review meetings
• Provide regular updates, reports, and status reviews to stakeholders
• Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts
