About the Role
We are seeking a skilled SCADA / Telemetry / Instrumentation Design Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and optimisation of electro-mechanical and control systems across a diverse project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop SCADA, automation, and control systems
- Implement telemetry and communication systems for remote monitoring
- Specify and integrate instrumentation systems
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for a competent and registered Resident Engineer to oversee the construction and contract administration of bituminous road projects in the Oshikoto Region.
Minimum Qualifications (Must be Registered)
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Pr. Eng registration with ECN/ECSA
- B. Sc / B. Eng in Civil Engineering with Pr. Eng registration with ECN/ECSA
- B. Tech in Civil Engineering with Inc. Eng registration with ECN/ECSA
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ post-graduation experience
- Proven experience in:
- Design, contract administration, and supervision of bituminous roads
- Must be willing to be based full-time on site in the Oshikoto Region
Technical Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of:
- International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC Conditions of Contract)
- Committee of Land Transport Officials (COLTO Standard Specifications)
- Microsoft Office (2010 or similar)
- Microsoft Projects (or similar)
- AutoCAD (CAD drafting capability)
- Autodesk Civil 3D or similar software (Entry-level proficiency acceptable)
