Feasibility Study commissioned by the Windhoek Municipality for the Provision of Grid Electricity to Low Income areas. Study entailed detailed Field Survey (>1000 households), Community Liaison, Excell Database Population, Financial & Technical Scenario Analysis and Report with recommendations.
