SHORT DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

Burmeister & Partners was responsible for the upgrading of this existing lubricants depot as well as the provision of new civil services which included a design audit, and the design and supervision of new steelwork canopies with concrete columns and foundations, water tanks, drainage channels, paving and surface beds.

Mechanical services included design and proposals for fire fighting systems, while electrical services included the design and upgrading of the main LV network including standby generating plant, as well as smallpower, artificial lighting and Earthing of the warehouse structures.
