SHORT DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

The project consists of the construction of 85 houses, services area for generators and general maintenance, a recreation area and a garden area with irrigation. The Project was originally planned for an estimated 36 months - starting in December 2003 and to be completed by November 2006. Currently the project is on hold as the Client has run into some financial difficulties and the main Contractor, “Interstrata Construction”, had to stop work on the 25th of July 2005. We are now waiting for the client to come back to us on the status of all outstanding monies as well as the future of this project.
