SHORT DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

Development of a new township which is an extension to Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. The township lies north of Windhoek and the first phase consist of 5 995 erven of all zoings. The second phase provides for a further 3 100 erven and bulk services for Phase 1 must make provision for future development.

• Full multi-disciplinary engineering services including roads, sewage reticulation and treatment, water reticulation and storage, LV & HV distribution and substation
• Site topographic and geotechnical surveys
