SHORT DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

This newly constructed concrete framework with brick in fill building, has been constructed on four levels. A lift shaft provides access to each floor.

Each floor has an own distribution board and metering system for 220V, 50Hz power supply. Cable-ways for telephones and data points have been provided. The air conditioning system consists of a high quality VRV system augmented by window mounted air conditioners. Each floor has its own ablution and tea kitchen.

A total of 60 parking bays have been provided on the site.

Special care had to be taken with the foundation design of the building and were as a result designed in close collaboration with a geotechnical engineer.
