SHORT DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

The proposed condominium component of the development consists of 73 free standing two-, three- and four bed houses, situated in a safe, fenced area to form a self contained condominium with its own identity and style. Provision is made for 12 overnight rooms located near the recreation area, to provide accommodation for guests and visitors.

Technical supporting services (guard houses, water storage supply, sewage treatment and standby electrical generators) are provided.

The condominium has a recreational area comprising of gymnasium, squash and tennis courts, a bar and restaurant area capable of entertaining up to 100 guests. Also provided, is a large swimming pool and separate secure pools for attended minors. A school accommodating 30 children over the full spectrum of school grades is allowed for.
