SHORT DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

This project consisted of the provision of facility management services for the Gepa Condominium that consist of 15 luxury residential units, 193 medium sized residential units, a mini market, primary school, tennis courts, swimming pool and the associated service infrastructure.
